About Us

Suzie Walker Executive Search specialise in the recruitment of senior marketing, digital and commercial roles for the Retail, Leisure & Consumer Services sectors.

What is our area of specialism?

We specialise in senior marketing, digital and commercial roles, both on an interim and permanent basis, with roles ranging from £70,000 – £500,000 base salary per annum, plus attractive executive benefits packages. The interim candidates that we place, earn day rates of between £400 – £2000. We have a dedicated interim desk, which was established in January 2017, in response to demand from our clients who wished to receive the same level of consultant expertise and customer service that they receive with the recruitment of permanent roles. Consultant expertise and customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to deliver a highly professional, focused and bespoke service to both clients and candidates whilst creating and building long-term relationships. We enjoy a high level of repeat business from clients, a number of whom have worked with us as candidates and enjoyed the experience. We are constantly expanding our network of contacts within our specialist sectors and run a programme of functional based events throughout the year, which also helps to create new networks. 90% of the new business that we generate is as a result of personal recommendations from senior professionals who have worked with us previously.
