Suzie Walker has been working in the Recruitment Industry for many years, initially as a Recruitment Consultant with Michael Page, then going on to be an Executive Search Consultant or "Headhunter" for Whitehead Mann and Catalyst Associates.
Now joined by old friend and colleague, Nikki Blackhurst; Suzie Walker Executive Search plans to offer a personal service that is second to none.

Suzie Walker Executive Search is based in Birmingham. Headed up by Suzie and Nikki, the team, including highly experienced researchers and admin support, service clients across the UK.
Suzie’s key strength is to gain respect and trust and the result is clients returning immediately there is a need. Indeed, clients enjoy an ongoing dialogue and regularly utilise her experience to explore ideas; Suzie is always delighted to give time to do this.
In dealings with clients, Suzie is committed to understanding the business and its unique challenges; she then immerses herself into the culture and personal relationships. In dealings with candidates, she is always mindful that we represent the client first and ourselves second. Our manner, approach and attitude are geared towards effective representation of the client's brand and their values. This results in candidates, even unsuccessful ones, gaining a positive experience of their search encounter. Suzie regularly receive calls from candidates, often senior executives of major corporations or key rising stars in smaller business who value her advice and feedback. She will always give totally honest advice and indeed will encourage them to approach other firms if it is in their best interest to do so.
