We were delighted to be featured in this month’s issue of theHRDIRECTOR magazine (Issue 224, June 2023) where Suzie shared her expert view on operating under economic pressure in the article, Promethium Fire. 

In this article, Suzie writes, ‘A strategy of creative disruption is essential in this challenging and changeable era. Attracting and retaining the best marketing talent can be a challenge in any economic climate, but it can be particularly difficult during troubling times. As we see some organisations implementing recruitment freezes and redundancies, often it is the marketing function that is squeezed, when businesses really need to keep being creative.’
