We have been awarded a Silver Sustainability Rating by EcoVadis - the world's most trusted business sustainability ratings. A Silver Sustainability Rating places us among the top 25 percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis, and we are committed to improving and tracking our sustainability progress based on their feedback.

Our office premises has achieved BREEAM's ‘Excellent’ rating – the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for a sustainably built environment.

In addition, we are progressing our application to become B Corp-certified, ensuring an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economic system for all people and the planet.

Social actions

We support high-performing women into senior leadership programmes with our partner, The Pipeline - a leading diversity organisation. We also help students from disadvantaged backgrounds by championing upReach - a charity that believes in equal access to top jobs.

We are proud to have joined hundreds of employers in signing up to the Race at Work Charter, an initiative designed for businesses to collectively commit to improving equal opportunities for Black, Asian, Mixed Race and ethnically diverse employees in the UK.

We have also been certified as a Women Owned business by WEConnect International, who ensure that women across the world have the same opportunities as men to design and implement business solutions that create wealth and the sustainable prosperity of their communities.
